Un rapport de la responsable provinciale de la santé de la Colombie-Britannique recommande à la province d’élargir son programme «d’approvisionnement plus sûr» pour prévenir les surdoses, notamment en permettant l’accès sans ordonnance à des solutions de rechange aux médicaments non réglementés.
