Deux des principaux groupes de défense des libertés civiles et de la réforme de la justice au Canada estiment qu'il est troublant que la Chambre des communes ait choisi lundi d'adopter d'un seul coup un projet de loi libéral sur la réforme de la mise en liberté sous caution, qui a été envoyé directement au Sénat, sans étude en comité.
