Le Canada impose de nouvelles sanctions en lien avec la mort d'Alexeï Navalny

Les nouvelles sanctions sont imposées alors que la veuve de M. Navalny, Ioulia Navalnaya, est à Ottawa pour des rencontres avec le premier ministre Justin Trudeau et la ministre des Affaires étrangères Mélanie Joly.
