Le maire de la municipalité régionale qui comprend la localité évacuée de Fort Nelson, en Colombie-Britannique, estime que les équipes ont «une très bonne maîtrise» des incendies de forêt qui brûlent à l'extérieur de la ville et il souligne que des préparatifs sont en cours pour que les résidents puissent bientôt rentrer chez eux.
